English translation
The lessee must return the leased property and its accessories upon termination of the lease. If he breaches his obligation to deliver Index of the Law 1020 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD Promulgating the Civil Code he must compensate the lessor for the harm he has suffered, without prejudice to the lessor’s right to take delivery of the leased property.

يلتزم المستأجر برد المأجور وملحقاته عند انتهاء الإيجار. فإن أخل بالتزامه بالتسليم
وجب عليه تعويض المؤجر عما لحقه من ضرر, وذلك دون إخلال بحق المؤجر في
