1 - The lessee shall return the leased property in the condition in which he received it, except for any destruction or damage it may have sustained without fault for which he is liable. - If delivery of the leased property took place without a statement of its condition, the lessee shall be presumed to have received it in good condition until evidence to the contrary is established.

١ - على المستأجر أن يرد المأجور بالحالة التي تسلمه عليها, إلا ما يكون قد أصابه
من هلاك أو تلف بغير خطأ يسأل عنه .
- فإذا كان تسليم المأجور قد تم دون بيان لحالته, افترض أن المستأجر قد تسلمه
