English translation
1 - The lease shall not terminate upon the death of the lessor or the death of the lessee. - Nevertheless, if the lessee dies, his heirs may request termination of the contract if they prove that, because of their predecessor's death, the burdens of the contract have become too heavy for their resources to bear, or the lease has exceeded the limits of their needs.

1 - لا ينتهي الإيجار بموت المؤجر ولا بموت المستأجر.
- ومع ذلك إذا مات المستأجر جاز لورثته أن يطلبوا إنهاء العقد إذا أثبتوا أنــه
بسبب موت مورثهم أصبحت أعباء العقد أثقل من أن تتحملها مواردهم, أو
