If the lessee dies and the lease was concluded solely on account of his occupation or other considerations relating to his person, his heirs or the lessor may request termination of the contract.

إذا مات المستأجر ولم يكن الإيجار قد عقد إلا بسبب حرفته أو لاعتبارات أخرى
