Article 608 of Civil Code

A person to whom ownership of the leased property has passed, and against whom the lease is not effective, may not compel the lessee to return the leased property until after giving him notice thereof in accordance with Article 567 and after the lessee has received the compensation due from the lessor because of returning the leased property before expiry of the lease term, or after obtaining sufficient security for payment of that compensation.
