English translation
If ownership of the leased property passes to a particular successor, the lease shall not be effective against him without his consent unless it is proved that he knew of it or that it bore an established date preceding the cause that resulted in the transfer of ownership to him.

إذا انتقل ملكية المأجور إلى خلف خاص, فلا يكون الإيجار نافذا في حقه بغير
رضاه ما لم يثبت أنه كان يعلم به أو كان له تاريخ ثابت سابق على السبب الذي
