English translation
The lease shall terminate upon expiry of the term specified in the contract without the need for notice to vacate, unless there is an agreement extending the lease for another specified or unspecified period if notice to vacate is not given within a specified time.

ينتهي الإيجار بانقضاء المدة المحددة له في العقد دون حاجة إلى تنبيه بالإخلاء ما لم
يكن هناك اتفاق على امتداد الإيجار لمدة أخرى محددة أو غير محددة عند عدم التنبيه
