In the event of an assignment of the lease, the assignee shall replace the original lessee in all his rights and obligations arising from the lease contract. Nevertheless, the original lessee shall remain a guarantor of the assignee's performance of his obligations.

في حالة التنازل عن الإيجار, يحل المتنازل له محل المستأجر الأصلي في جميع حقوقه
والتزاماته الناشئة عن عقد الإيجار. ومع ذلك يبقى المستأجر الأصلي ضامنا للمتنازل
