1 - The administrator of an endowment has authority to lease it. 2 - The beneficiary of the endowment does not possess that authority, even if he is the sole beneficiary, unless he has been appointed administrator by the founder or authorized by an administrator or judge having authority to lease.

۲ - فلا يملكها الموقوف عليه ولو انحصر فيه الاستحقاق إلا إذا
