English translation
A lease of waqf property involving gross lesion is invalid unless the lessor is the sole beneficiary having authority to dispose of the waqf, in which case his lease involving gross lesion is permissible as regards himself but not as regards succeeding beneficiaries.

لا تصح إجارة الوقف بالغبن الفاحش إلا إذا كان المؤجر هو المستحق الوحيد الذي
له ولاية التصرف في الوقف, فتجوز إجارته بالغبن الفاحش في حق نفسه لا في حق
