English translation
If the endower has not specified the lease term in the endowment deed, the house, shop and similar property shall be leased for one year, and land for three years, unless the interest requires a longer lease for the house and shop or a shorter lease for the land.

إذا لم يعين الواقف مدة الإجارة في كتاب الوقف, تؤجر الدار والحانوت وما إليهما
سنة, والأرض ثلاث سنين, إلا إذا كانت المصلحة تقتضي الزيادة في إجارة الدار
