English translation
1 - The formation of a contract does not require consent to it to be given in a particular form, unless the law provides otherwise. 2 - If the law prescribes a particular form for the formation of a contract and that form is not observed in its conclusion, it shall be void.

١ - لا يلزم, لانعقاد العقد, حصول الرضاء به في شكل معين, ما لم يقض القانون
بغير ذلك.
٢ - وإذا فرض القانون شكلا معينا لانعقاد العقد ولم يراع هذا الشكل في إبرامه،
