English translation
A representative may not, without special permission, contract with himself in the name of the person he represents, even if he concludes that contract for the account of another person. If he does so, his disposition shall not be effective against the principal unless the principal's ratification is obtained, all unless the law or Index of the Law 950 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD Promulgating the Civil Code commercial custom provides otherwise.

لا يجوز للنائب, بدون إذن خاص، أن يتعاقد مع نفسه باسم من ينوب عنه, ولو
أجرى هذا التعاقد لحساب شخص آخر غيره, فإذا حصل منه ذلك، كان تصرفه
غير نافذ في مواجهة الأصيل، ما لم يحصل إقراره، وذلك كـلـه مـا لم يقض القانون أو
