Article 60 of Civil Code

In contractual representation, if the representative contracts in the principal's name after his authority has ended, the person contracting with him may nevertheless regard the contract as having been concluded on the basis of that authority if, at the time of contracting, neither he nor the representative knew that the authority had ended, and neither could have known of it had they exercised the care that the circumstances require of an ordinary person.
