If the contracting parties stipulate, for the existence of the contract, that a particular form be followed in its conclusion, neither of them may, without the consent of the other, assert its existence unless it takes the agreed form.

إذا اشترط المتعاقدان, لقيام العقد، إتباع شكل معين في إبرامه، فإنه لا يجوز لأحدهما،
