Article 701 of Civil Code

1 - An agency expressed in general terms, without specifying even the type of legal disposition that is the subject of the agency, shall confer authority on the agent only for acts of administration. 2 - Acts of administration include leasing if its term does not exceed three years, acts of preservation and maintenance, collection of rights and payment of debts, and also include every act of disposition required by administration.
