لا تجعل الوكالة للوكيل صفة إلا في مباشرة الأمور المحددة فيها وما تقتضيه هذه
الأمور من توابع ضرورية وفقا لطبيعة كل أمر وللعرف الجاري وما انصرفت إليه
إرادة المتعاقدين.
