١ - على الموكل أن يرد إلى الوكيل ما أنفقه في سبيل تنفيذ الوكالة التنفيذ المعتاد,
وذلك مهما كان حظ الوكيل من النجاح.
۲ - ويلتزم الموكل أن يقدم إلى الوكيل المبالغ اللازمة للإنفاق منها في تنفيذ الوكالة
