1 - Multiple agents shall be jointly and severally liable whenever the agency is indivisible or the damage suffered by the principal results from their common fault. - However, the agents, even if jointly and severally liable, shall not be liable for acts of one of them exceeding the limits of the agency.

۱ - یكون الوكلاء المتعددون مسئولين بالتضامن متى كانت الوكالة غير قابلة
للانقسام, أو كان الضرر الذي أصاب الموكل نتيجة خطأ مشترك بينهم.
- ومع ذلك لا يسأل الوكلاء, ولو كانوا متضامنين, عما فعله أحدهم مجاوزا
