The agent may not use the principal’s property for the agent’s own benefit without permission; otherwise, the agent shall be obliged to pay the principal fair compensation assessed by the judge, taking into account the circumstances of the case.

ليس للوكيل أن يستعمل مال موكله لصالح نفسه بدون إذن, وإلا كان ملزما
