1 - And agency is gratuitous unless otherwise expressly agreed or implicitly inferred from the agent's profession or other circumstances. 2 - If remuneration for the agency is agreed upon, that remuneration shall be subject to the judge's assessment, unless it was paid voluntarily after execution of the agency.

١ - والوكالة تبرعيه, ما لم يتفق على غير ذلك صراحة أو يستخلص ضمنـا مـن مـهنـة
الوكيل أو غيرها من ظروف الحال.
