English translation
Agency terminates upon completion of the work entrusted or expiry of the period specified for the agency. It also terminates upon the death of the principal or the agent, or either one's loss of capacity.

تنتهي الوكالة بإتمام العمل الموكل فيه أو بانقضاء الأجل المعين للوكالة , كما تنتهي
