Article 719 of Civil Code

1 - If the agency terminates before completion of the work entrusted to the agent, the agent must bring the work he has begun to a stage at which no harm to the principal is feared. 2 - In the event of termination of the agency by the principal's death, his heirs, if they possess capacity and are aware of the agency, must promptly notify the principal of their predecessor's death and take such measures as the circumstances require in the principal's interest.
