١ - على الوديع أن يبذل من العناية في حفظ الوديعة ما يبذله في حفظ مالـه, دون أن
يكلف في ذلك أزيد من عناية الشخص العادي.
٢ - ومع ذلك إذا كان الإيداع بأجر, فانه يلتزم في حفظ الوديعة بعناية الشخص
