English translation
1 - Upon termination of the deposit contract, the depositary shall return the deposit and any fruits thereof that he has received to the depositor. 2 - The deposit shall be returned at the place where it was required to be kept, and the expenses of return shall be borne by the depositor. 3 - All the foregoing applies unless there is an agreement providing otherwise.

١ - على الوديع متى انتهى عقد الإيداع, أن يرد الوديعة وما يكون قد قبضه من
ثمارها إلى المودع.
٢ - وترد الوديعة في المكان الذي كان يلزم حفظها فيه وتكون مصروفات الرد على
المودع.
