The depositor shall reimburse the depositary for what he has spent preserving the deposit and compensate him for any damage he has sustained because of it. Third: Termination of Deposit

على المودع أن يرد للوديع ما يكون قد أنفقه في حفظ الوديعة وأن يعوضــه عـما يكــون
قد لحقه من ضرر بسببها.
