English translation
The deposit contract shall end upon the expiry of the agreed term. If no term has been agreed expressly or implicitly, either contracting party may terminate the deposit after giving the other party appropriate notice.

ينتهي عقد الإيداع بانقضاء الأجل المتفق عليه, فإذا لم يتفق على الأجل صراحة
أو ضمنا, كان لكل من المتعاقدين إنهاء الإيداع بعد إخطار الطرف الآخر بميعاد
