If the deposit is without remuneration and unforeseen reasons prevent the depositary from continuing to safeguard it, he may request termination of the deposit before the agreed term, provided that he notifies the depositor to take delivery of the deposit within an appropriate period.

إذا كان الإيداع بغير أجر، وتعذر على الوديع الاستمرار في حفظ الوديعة لأسباب
طارئة, جاز له أن يطلب إنهاء الإيداع قبل الأجل المتفق عليه على أن يخطـر المودع
