English translation
1 - Suretyship shall be valid only if the secured obligation is valid. 2 - If the suretyship is given because of the debtor's diminished capacity and his obligation is annulled, the surety shall be bound towards the creditor to perform the secured obligation as an original debtor.

١- لا تكون الكفالة صحيحة إلا إذا كان الالتزام المكفول صحيحا.
٢- وإذا كانت الكفالة بسبب نقص أهلية المدين وأبطل التزامه التزم الكفيل في
