English translation
1- A future obligation may be guaranteed if the extent of the surety's obligation is determined in advance. 2- If the surety has not specified a duration for his guarantee, he may revoke it at any time so long as the guaranteed obligation has not arisen, provided that he notifies the creditor of his revocation in due time.

١- تجوز كفالة الالتزام المستقبل, إذا حدد مقدما مدى التزام الكفيل.
٢- وإذا لم يعين الكفيل مدة لكفالته, كان له في أي وقت أن يرجع فيها, ما دام
