English translation
If a legal disposition contains a stipulation prohibiting the disponee from disposing of the property whose ownership he acquired under that disposition, or restricting his right to dispose of it, the stipulation shall not be valid unless based on a compelling motive and limited to a reasonable period.

إذا تضمن التصرف القانوني شرطا يمنع المتصرف إليه من التصرف في المال الذي
اكتسب ملكيته بمقتضى ذلك التصرف، أو يقيد حقه في التصرف فيه، فلا يصح
