English translation
If a co-owner undertakes an act of ordinary administration and a majority of the co-owners does not object within an appropriate time, he shall be considered the representative of all in what he has done. If the majority objects, the co-owner's act shall not be effective against the remaining co-owners.

إذا تولى أحد الشركاء عملا من أعمال الإدارة المعتادة ولم تعترض عليه أغلبية الشركاء
في وقت مناسب، اعتبر فيما قام به نائبا عن الجميع ، فإذا اعترضت الأغلبية لا ينفذ
