1 - The majority of the co-owners, calculated on the basis of the value of the shares, may undertake acts of ordinary administration, and may appoint a manager from among the co-owners or others to undertake those acts. It may establish rules for administration. 2 - Decisions taken by the majority shall apply to all co-owners and their successors, whether universal or particular successors.

١ - لأغلبية الشركاء، على أساس قيمة الحصص، أن تقوم بأعمال الإدارة المعتادة،
ولها أن تعين من الشركاء أو من غيرهم مديرا يقوم بهذه الأعمال. ولها أن تضع نظاما
للإدارة.
٢ - ويسري ما تتخذه الأغلبية على جميع الشركاء وخلفائهم سواء كان الخلف عاما
