Article 88 of Civil Code

1 - If a discerning minor reaches eighteen years of age, and his guardian or testamentary guardian perceives in him the ability to manage his property himself, he may authorize him to manage all or part of his property. 2 - Authorization to manage may be absolute or restricted.
