English translation
The committee shall examine the petitions and complaints referred to it and state to the Assembly its reasoned opinion on the matter, proposing that they be shelved or referred to the relevant ministry or the competent committee of the Assembly, or that a draft resolution or law be prepared reflecting its views on the matter.

تفحص اللجنة ما يحال إليها من العرائض والشكاوى، وتبين للمجلس رأيها مسببًا
في الموضوع مقترحة الحفظ أو الإحالة إلى الوزارة ذات العلاقة أو إلى اللجنة المختصة
