English translation
The National Assembly shall select a committee from among its members to prepare a draft reply to the Amiri Address, containing the Assembly's observations and wishes. After its approval by the Assembly, it shall be submitted to the Amir.

يختار مجلس الأمة لجنة من بين اعضائه لإعداد مشروع الجواب على الخطاب الأميري،
