English translation
Laws shall be published in the Official Gazette within two weeks of the date of their promulgation and shall take effect one month after the date of their publication. This period may be extended or shortened by a special provision in the law.

تنشر القوانين في الجريدة الرسمية خلال أسبوعين من يوم إصدارها، ويعمــل بـهـا
