English translation
No provision of this Constitution may be suspended except while martial law is in force, within the limits specified by law. Under no circumstances may the convening of the National Assembly be suspended during that time or the immunity of its members be infringed.

لا يجــوز تعطيــل أي حكــم مــن أحــكام هــذا الدســتور إلا اثنــاء قيــام الأحــكام العرفيــة في
الحــدود التــي يبينهــا القانــون. ولا يجــوز بــأي حــال تعطيــل انعقــاد مجلــس الأمــة في تلــك
