English translation
Judgments concerning evidentiary procedures need not state reasons unless they include a definitive ruling. In all cases, judgments rendered in urgent proceedings for recording a state of affairs or hearing a witness must state reasons.

الاحكام الصادرة بإجراءات الاثبات لا يلزم تسبيبها ما لم تتضمن قضاء قطعيا.
وفي جميع الاحوال يتعين تسبيب الاحكام الصادرة في الدعاوى المستعجلة بإثبات
