Article 5 of Law of Evidence

Whenever completion of the procedure requires more than one scheduled date, the day and hour to which it is adjourned shall be stated in the record, and pronouncement of the decision shall constitute notification to the litigants of the new date. The delegated judge shall state, in the record of the last hearing of the evidentiary procedure to which he has been delegated, the day he sets for hearing the case before the court. Pronouncement of this decision shall constitute notification of the hearing to the litigants concerned with the evidentiary procedure.
