English translation
Incidental matters relating to evidentiary procedures shall be submitted to the delegated judge, and any such matter not submitted to him may not be brought before the court. Decisions issued by the delegated judge on these matters shall be enforceable, and the litigants shall have the right to resubmit them to the court when the case is heard, unless the law provides otherwise.

تقدم المسائل العارضة المتعلقة بإجراءات الاثبات للقاضي المنتدب، وما لم يقدم له منها
لا يجوز عرضه على المحكمة.
وما يصدره القاضي المنتدب من القرارات في هذه المسائل يكون واجب النفاذ،
وللخصوم الحق في اعادة عرضها على المحكمة عند نظر القضية ما لم ينص القانون على
