Article 36 of Law of Evidence

If a judgment is rendered dismissing a challenge alleging forgery or declaring the challenger's right to adduce proof forfeited, he shall be ordered to pay a fine of not less than three hundred dinars and not exceeding one thousand dinars. Nothing shall be adjudged against him if some of what he alleged is established. If the document is established to be forged, the court shall send it, together with copies of the records relating thereto, to the Public Prosecution to take its criminal proceedings in respect thereof. If the court rules that the instrument is authentic or rejects it, it must fix the earliest hearing to consider the merits
