English translation
If a litigant does not bring his witness or summon him to attend the designated hearing, the court shall order him to bring the witness or summon him to attend another hearing. If he fails to do so, his right to call that witness may be forfeited. This shall not prejudice any sanction imposed by law for such delay.

إذا لم يحضر الخصم شاهده او لم يكلفه الحضور فيا لجلسة المحددة قررت المحكمة
إلزامه بإحضاره، أو بتكليفه الحضور لجلسة اخرى فاذا لم يفعل جاز اسقاط حقه
في الاستشهاد به، ولا يخل هذا باي جزاء يرتبه القانون على هذا التأخير.Ask about this article
