English translation
If a litigant lacks capacity or has diminished capacity, his representative may be interrogated, and the court may question the litigant himself, if he possesses discernment, regarding matters in which he is authorized to act. Legal persons may be interrogated through their legal representatives. In all cases, the person to be interrogated must have capacity to dispose of the right in dispute.

إذا كان الخصم عديم الاهلية او ناقصها جاز استجواب من ينوب عنه، وجاز
للمحكمة مناقشته هو ان كان مميزا في الأمور المأذون فيها، ويجوز استجواب
الاشخاص المعنوية عن طريق من يمثلها قانونا . ويشترط في جميع الاحوال ان
يكون المراد استجوابه اهلا للتصرف في الحق المتنازع فيه.Ask about this article
