English translation
A testamentary guardian, curator or agent of an absent person may not tender or refer back a decisive oath except in matters falling within his authority under the law.

لا يجوز للوصي او القيم او وكيل الغائب ان يوجه اليمين الحاسمة او ان يردها الا
