English translation
Anyone to whom an oath is tendered who refuses to take it without referring it back to his opponent, and anyone to whom the oath is referred back who refuses to take it, shall lose his case.

كل من وجهت اليه اليمين فنكل عنها دون ان يردها على خصمه وكل من ردت
