English translation
The judge may not direct a supplementary oath to the plaintiff to determine the value of the subject of the claim unless it is impossible to determine that value by another means. In this case, the judge shall set a maximum value as to which the plaintiff shall swear.

لا يجوز للقاضي ان يوجه الى المدعي اليمين المتممة لتحديد قيمة المدعى بـه الا إذا
استحال تحديد هذه القيمة بطريقة اخرى ويحدد القاضي في هذه الحالة حد اقصى
