English translation
The oath shall be taken by the person taking it saying, “I swear by Almighty God,” and reciting the formula approved by the court. In the taking of an oath by a mute person and his refusal to take it, his customary gesture shall be recognized if he cannot write; if he can write, his oath and his refusal shall be in writing. A record of the taking of the oath shall be drawn up and signed by the person taking the oath, the presiding judge, and the clerk.

تكــون تأديــة اليــمين بــأن يقــول الحالــف اقســم بــالله العظيــم ويذكــر الصيغــة التــي اقرتهــا
المحكمــة ، ويعــتبر في حلــف الاخرس ونكوله اشــارته المعهــودة ان كان لا يعرف الكتابة
فــان كان يعرفهــا فحلفــه ونكولــه بها.
ويحرر محضر بحلف اليمين يوقعه الحالف ورئيس الجلسة والكاتب.Ask about this article
