Article 73 of Law of Evidence

This Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall enter into force on the first of November 1980. Law Index 688 Home Page Decree-Law No. 46 of 1989 concerning Small-Value Claims Index of the Fourth Collection 689 Home Page Small-Value Claims Law Decree-Law No. 46 of 1989 concerning Small-Value Claims Decree-Law No. 46 of 1989 concerning Small-Value Claims Article 1 (1) Except for actions for which the law has prescribed a special method of filing, in civil and commercial disputes not exceeding two thousand dinars, to the Summary Court by a statement of claim pursuant to the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law, or by stating the claims before the competent clerk, who shall then draw up minutes based on the particulars given by the plaintiff or his agent, or pursuant to the provision of Article 51 of the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law. Article 2 (2) The Court Registry shall notify the defendant of the date of the first hearing fixed for considering the dispute, whether personally, by email, or by any modern electronic means of communication capable of being retained and retrieved and prescribed by a decision of the Minister of Justice, in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.
