Article 72 of Law of Evidence

Anyone who fears the loss of the traces of an incident that may become the subject of a dispute before the courts may, as against the persons concerned and through the usual procedures, request the judge of urgent matters to proceed to conduct an inspection. The preceding provisions shall be observed in this case. In the aforesaid case, the judge of urgent matters may appoint an expert to proceed to conduct an inspection and hear witnesses without an oath.
